As a Dietetic Technician Registered I have over 15 years of experience with food production. I have worked in many different areas of the food industry. I understand the struggle healthcare facilities face to provide their dining staff with adequate knowledge of food safety regulations.
Our Approach
I provide in-person training and administer and proctor the National Registry Food Safety Professionals exam. The FSP is an ANAB-accredited certification. I am dedicated to providing practical and effective training solutions that empower food safety professionals. My approach focuses on equipping individuals and organizations with the knowledge and practical skills required to implement and maintain a culture of food safety. Through interactive learning experiences, I aim to inspire a proactive mindset towards food safety, ensuring that participants are fully prepared to handle the challenges of the industry. By providing on-site training and exam administration, organizations have the ability to certify multiple employees at one time in one location.
